Charity Challenges. Since 2012, Adventure Holidays’ charity challenges have helped raise money for incredible causes, just like yours. An adventure / active challenge is a great way to raise substantial funds and transform donors into lifelong supporters and advocates for your organisation.

Your Event – Supported

We will operate the challenge to ensure your organisation is front and centre. A dedicated account manager is assigned to ensure that you are fully supported. We provide you with information (images, video and content). This content will allow you to create your marketing in line with your brand and charity message.  We are always in the background offering advice, support and guidance.

Travel Support & Expertise

We handle all the travel arrangements. Flight advice, transfers, guides, 24/7 local support, hauling luggage, hotel bookings and extensions – leave it all to us. Were are at the airport to check your group in, we meet you in the destination and guide you to the transfer bus, we’ll be there every step of the way. Don’t sweat the small stuff, ‘that’s what we’re here for’. We have a database of challenge itineraries – contact us to discuss your requirements.

An Extension Of Your Team

We can handle all enquiries and convert leads into fundraisers for your cause. We’re flexible and can be as involved as you want us to be. We can hold information talks for those interested in participating in the event. We can organise pre-departure treks allowing the group to break the ice in advance of departure.

Financial Protection

For your financial security Adventure Holidays are using Trust My Travel to process your payment. Your money will be held securely and is protected until your trip has is completed. Financial and Income Control

Your organisation will have total financial control for your challenge. You will decide the deposit fees and the minimum sponsorship required for participants to take part. You also have the opportunity to tailor the costs specific to your needs, including for example, what you wish participants to pay for themselves (e.g. flights, meals, etc.)

Free Charity Place

We include a free charity place. We understand how important it is for your organisation to develop relationships with individual participants because it allows you to nurture further fundraising opportunities. Your representative in the group enables your charity the chance to be involved in each step. You can be present at group briefings and talk about the reasons why people are taking part, what that means to the charity, and how the money raised will be spent.



We have worked with Adventure Holidays for a number of years now and are very pleased with the service they provide. The treks have all been ideal for our groups, appropriate levels of difficulty in stunning locations with friendly guides. I also find Adventure Holiday’s attention to detail and levels of support excellent, and are always happy to support where they can, whether that is in the build up to the challenge or remotely once the trek is underway.
